Google Adwords disaproves of term Netbook

I ran a brief experiment with Google Adwords which included the term 'netbook'. I ran the campaign for a few days and then paused it.

I received the following email today from Google asking for the removal of the term 'Netbook' due to trademark concerns.

----------------------------------------------
Campaign: 'Affiliate Test,' Ad Group: 'Asus 1000HA'
----------------------------------------------

AD TEXT:

ASUS Eee PC 1000HA
Get yourself a netbook! portable
power on the go [Affiliate Link]
www.amazon.com/

Action taken: Suspended - Pending Revision
Issue(s): Ad Text Trademark Term
~~~~~~~~~
SUGGESTIONS:
-> Ad Content: Please remove the following trademark from your ad:
Netbook.
---------------------
POLICY DEFINITIONS:
Ad Text Trademark Term: Due to trademark complaints, we do not allow
advertisers to use certain trademarked terms or elements in their
Google AdWords campaigns.
It appears that Google is currently removing adwords campaigns using this word.
Check out the link below for more information about Psion's claim of trademark ownership for the term Netbook.
